Girona wide player Kim Min-Su is due in Glasgow within the next two days as he closes in on a possible transfer to Rangers.
The 20-year-old South Korean spent last season on loan with second-division side Andorra and is preparing to depart Girona following the club’s relegation from La Liga.
Kim registered 19 goals across 84 outings for Girona B and made eight appearances for the first team. During his spell at Andorra, he recorded six goals and four assists in 40 matches.
Rangers have already recruited 11 players this summer. Derek McInnes’ team hold a 1-0 advantage over Jablonec ahead of Thursday’s Conference League play-off return leg in the Czech Republic.
Earlier this month, Rangers appeared ready to sign PSV Eindhoven winger Couhaib Driouech, but the 24-year-old was dealing with a minor injury.
Brighton subsequently turned down a £7.5m bid from the Ibrox club for 21-year-old winger Amario Cozier-Duberry.
Daisuke Yokota completed a move from Hannover to Rangers in early August, joining fellow wide players Djeidi Gassama, Findlay Curtis and Ross McCausland in the squad.
