West Ham United have announced that winger Crysencio Summerville has been transferred to Saudi Arabian side Al-Hilal.
Earlier this week, it was reported that the two clubs had reached an agreement for the Netherlands international worth £60 million, consisting of an initial £55 million plus £5 million in potential add-ons.
The 24-year-old, formerly of Leeds United, spent two campaigns with the Hammers, netting eight times in 56 matches.
He found the net in five consecutive appearances for West Ham during January and February, though he was a member of the side that suffered relegation from the Premier League in May.
Summerville played in four of the Netherlands’ fixtures at the recent World Cup, scoring against both Japan and Sweden during the group stage.
The sale of Summerville brings in additional funds following midfielder Mateus Fernandes’ move to Tottenham Hotspur for £85 million earlier this summer.
