Chelsea have approved bids from Tottenham for winger Mykhailo Mudryk and defender Tosin Adarabioyo, while Italian side Como have also submitted an accepted offer for goalkeeper Robert Sanchez.
All three players are expected to depart Stamford Bridge if personal terms are agreed. Spurs are looking to bring in Mudryk, 25, and reunite him with former coach Roberto de Zerbi.
The Ukrainian winger has not appeared in a competitive fixture since November 2024 after being suspended following an adverse test result for the prohibited substance meldonium. However, he has been permitted to return to football since July.
Mudryk worked with De Zerbi at Ukrainian club Shakhtar Donetsk before completing his move to Chelsea for an initial fee of £61m.
Tottenham are also set to acquire Chelsea defender Adarabioyo, 28, on a permanent transfer as a replacement for Kevin Danso, who is expected to move to Sunderland on an initial loan agreement.
Meanwhile, Como have reached an agreement to take Sanchez on loan for the entire season. The Italian club had already purchased defender Trevoh Chalobah from Chelsea for £31m earlier in the transfer window.
Sanchez, 28, became available for either a temporary or permanent move after making two errors in Chelsea’s first Premier League fixture against Fulham, both of which resulted in goals.
Chelsea have already secured his successor by signing Argentina goalkeeper Emiliano Martinez from Aston Villa in a £7.5m deal.
Questions also remain about Enzo Fernandez’s future at Chelsea, with Manchester City reportedly interested in the midfielder, although they have yet to lodge an official bid.
Chelsea would only consider allowing Fernandez to leave if they receive a significant transfer fee and are able to reinforce their squad, having previously placed a £120m valuation on him.
