Bellamy will already be missing important defender Joe Rodon, Wilson’s Elland Road colleague, alongside Cardiff City defenders Dylan Lawlor and Ronan Kpakio.
Cardiff forwards Isaak Davies and Rubin Colwill have also been ruled out through injury, while Wrexham attacker Nathan Broadhead is unavailable as well.
Wales begin their expanded international break with a trip to Portugal on 24 September. Their four-match schedule also includes two meetings with Denmark and a home fixture against World Cup quarter-finalists Norway.
Currently 38th in the global standings—their lowest ranking since August 2014—Wales will then head to Copenhagen to meet Denmark, who sit 21st.
Norway, fresh from reaching the World Cup quarter-finals, travel to Cardiff on 1 October, before Wales host Denmark in the return fixture on 4 October.
