Josh Acheampong: Tzolis frequently pulled him into awkward positions tactically, although he dealt capably with his direct defensive responsibilities. 6
Maxence Lacroix: Made an early mistake when controlling the ball and later allowed Havertz’s attempt to travel through his legs, but delivered several positive moments as well. 6
Wesley Fofana: Looked uncertain when defending against Saka, Odegaard and then Havertz during the equalising goal, though he remained Chelsea’s calmest defender with the ball. 6
Pedro Neto: Asked to monitor Calafiori while contributing in attack, he nearly scored shortly before the interval when a superb curling strike hit the post. 7
Reece James: Forced a save with a powerful long-distance shot in the 22nd minute and was perhaps Chelsea’s most accomplished distributor. 7
Romeo Lavia: Prevented a dangerous situation with an outstanding defensive header after 32 minutes and played with intensity from start to finish. 6
Jorrel Hato: Showed persistence in the build-up to Rogers’ volley and brought the same commitment to his defensive work, despite occasionally finding Saka difficult to control. 6
Cole Palmer: Registered one shot on target before half-time and received a booking for a tactical foul. Another attempt was saved in the second half, but Arsenal generally restricted his influence. 5
Morgan Rogers: Put Chelsea ahead with a first-time volley only two minutes into the match. He later sent a curling shot just wide in the 31st minute and remained his team’s biggest attacking threat. 7
Joao Pedro: Appeared vulnerable when defending set-pieces and received limited chances to score, aside from an optimistic long-range attempt. Nevertheless, his energy, strength and hold-up play enabled him to make a valuable contribution as the central striker. 6
