Swansea City are on the verge of finalizing terms to bring in Motherwell’s New Zealand international wide player Elijah Just.
The 26-year-old featured in all three of the All Whites’ matches at this summer’s World Cup and found the net three times.
Second-tier Swansea will need to put forward a considerable sum — surpassing Motherwell’s record incoming fee — to land Just, who has also been mentioned as a target for Celtic.
Just arrived at Motherwell in 2025 after spending most of his playing career in Denmark.
He turned out 43 times for the Fir Park side, contributed seven goals, and earned a nomination for the league’s player of the season award.
Should the transfer to Wales go through, Just would link up with fellow New Zealand international Marko Stamenic at Swansea.
He would also be back alongside summer addition Stephen Welsh, who spent the previous campaign on loan at Motherwell from Celtic.
