The clubs stated that they had collaborated with the Safety Advisory Group, local authorities and police to put suitable measures in place for Sunday’s Championship fixture, scheduled to begin at 12:00 BST.
Supporters were warned that acts such as violence, discriminatory conduct, entering the pitch or trackside zones, throwing objects, setting off pyrotechnics or violating stadium rules could lead to arrest, prosecution, football banning orders and lengthy or permanent bans from their club.
Both clubs urged fans to purchase tickets exclusively through authorised outlets and remain in the designated section for home or away supporters.
They added that anyone trying to enter or found inside the wrong section would be denied admission or removed from the stadium and could face additional penalties.
Fans were also encouraged to arrive early enough to complete security checks and entry procedures, comply with directions from stewards and police, and report any dangerous, discriminatory or disruptive conduct.
The clubs expressed confidence that most Albion and Wolverhampton Wanderers supporters would once again back their teams with enthusiasm while behaving responsibly.
